I have a certain design I'd like on my order, will you be able to do this?
We can definitely accommodate to your styles and designs depending on the nature of them. For bespoke orders please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss your requirements.
Which is the best way to contact customer services?
We have various ways available for you to get in touch with us. For urgent queries please email us at serenesigns@hotmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the items ordered. Listed below is our current dispatch times for each product.
- Acrylic Toppers (1-2 days)
- Milestone Discs (2-3 days)
- Place Names (3-5 days)
- Welcome Boards (3-5 days)
- Card Cake Toppers & Cake Charms (1-2 days)
Once dispatched, orders are sent using 1st class signed for delivery via Royal Mail, which can take up to 1-3 business days.
Has my order been dispatched?
You will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched, with a tracking number.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible if your order is faulty. In the email please state your order number, and include a photo of the faulty item(s).
Can I change my delivery address after purchase?
As long as your order has not been dispatched you are welcome to change your delivery address. To do this please email us with your order number, name of recipient, and the new address.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as the item has not been dispatched. Please email us at the earliest convenience, and remember to include your order number.
